I would like to thank you for the experience I had on 5th August,2018. It was indeed very relaxing and peaceful. It was helpful in two ways: 1) It Reduced my physical fatigue to a great extent 2) It calmed my mind as well. The concept of technology driven sleep meditation is attractive and I would recommend it for the students here. Considering our busy and tight schedules, it will be very helpful for the students. The whole session was really a needed session. I felt refreshed after the power nap. The oil given at the start made it easier to sleep and had a nice fragrance. At first i was skeptical about the light and new idea, but it really worked for me. Though i kind of overslept, i was completed stress and tension free when i woke up. Short nap of about half hour felt like the 4 hours sleep. This kind of session would be really beneficial given the stressed life of students.

The relaxation session conducted in the EB Dining Hall was extremely rejuvenating. After a tiring two days of organizing Eximius, this 30 minute relaxation session thoroughly refreshed me. I felt that it was as good as having a complete and sound sleep in the night. The oil used in the relaxation was soothing and brought calmness instantly in the middle of the responsibility of organizing Eximius. The lighting and other arrangements were highly complementary and the entire setup was perfectly made to bring rejuvenation to the students. I would highly recommend this session to all our students who are under stress due to different reasons. I believe that it is particularly helpful during the exam season where any student can relax and feel as refreshed as getting a complete sleep in the night. The proximity of the EB dining hall makes it all the more better to have this setup there.

The meditative sleep session organized by Komala mam at EB dining hall was an amazing experience. After 2 tiring days, I was in dire need of some rest but due to time constraints, I could not get much sleep. So, I decided to try out the sleep session. The session helped me get rid of the tiredness in just 30 minutes. Usually it takes me 30 minutes to fall asleep. However, due to the scientific techniques used by the team, I fell asleep immediately and felt refreshed after only 30 minutes of sleep. The proximity and central location of EB dining hall also helps. I would highly recommend making this facility permanent as it would be really helpful for students to relieve stress in lesser time, especially during exam and placement days.
