The meditative sleep session organized by Komala mam at EB dining hall was an amazing experience. After 2 tiring days, I was in dire need of some rest but due to time constraints, I could not get much sleep. So, I decided to try out the sleep session.
The session helped me get rid of the tiredness in just 30 minutes. Usually it takes me 30 minutes to fall asleep. However, due to the scientific techniques used by the team, I fell asleep immediately and felt refreshed after only 30 minutes of sleep. The proximity and central location of EB dining hall also helps. I would highly recommend making this facility permanent as it would be really helpful for students to relieve stress in lesser time, especially during exam and placement days.
