Dance Away Fear

In this time of pain and fear let’s rebuild ourselves. Let’s replace fear with joy of devotion. Let’s dance like Shiva, like a sufi and change vibrations of our beloved planet.

Our physical health majorly depends on our mental well-being. Our mindset and emotions play an important role in building our immune system. Emotion of fear vibrates on low frequency of 100 Hz, replacing it with hope, & joy can actually build our resistance much more against any infection.

It’s time to dance away the disease just like Shiva did it. According to Hindu Mythology “Ananda Tandava” is a dance form to get over destructive energies and replace them with creation.

Being in the stage of gratitude and joy can work wonders on our immune system. So building a safety wall inside and supporting our lifestyle.

It’s time we should learn to build healthy habits, family bonding and a strong & resilient body supported by a happy stress free mind.

It’s time to bond with our kids and parents. Listen to them, Play with them, make them understand that you care, and they are loved.

Take out those board games hidden in some storeroom. Remember those old times in your schools and share with your kids.

Make video calls to your parents and listen to them about their days and ask about their friend.

Call your cousin’s and rewind those happy times and stupid fights.

Let’s disconnect to crowd and build our connection with our families and loved ones, which are really seeking some sunshine.

Most important, remember, tough time always comes to teach us and build us.

So let’s dance together and raise the vibrations of our planet.

As its time to seek hidden blessings in this time of disguise.
